Our safe and non-toxic product can be used as a breastfeeding and parenting aid that includes Mom, Dad, siblings and grandparents!

Since our products are developed for infant use, we use strict quality control and have extensively researched our FDA approved, North American made and socially responsible materials. We have followed ASTM standards and have passed the new CPSIA 3rd party testing for small parts.

Important safety considerations:

• The unique break-away clasp was custom designed and tested with young children in mind.
• The lanyard (necklace) will release if pulled harder than 4lbs and can easily be re-attached.
• In addition to being safe, it is comfortable for the wearer.
• The materials used for the 2-part HeartString Pendant and break-away Clasp are tested non-toxic and are FDA approved.
• HeartString BC Does NOT contain BPA, PVC, Latex, Lead, Fabric Dyes or Phthalates.
• Our select materials are more environmentally friendly than many plastics (low on green peace pyramid of plastics) as our main supplier is ISO 14001 2004, certified.
• A standard for Environmental Management Systems.
• The custom, made-in-USA lanyard and made-in-Canada carry pouch are un-dyed cotton. Cotton is washable, comfortable and has a low tendency to cause allergic reactions. Yes, this means the cording is even safe for your little one to mouth! We enclose an information sheet on how to use the product, safety precautions, child development information and company information.
