Currency: All prices in Canadian funds. Your credit card will be billed at the exchange rate determined by your credit card company.
Payment options: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery of the online order. If using an e-check thru Paypal, please note it takes 6-8 business days to be cleared. Your order is shipped once the payment has been cleared.

All Canadian Residents are subject to pay provincial Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Want your order to ship to a different place? No problem!! Just fill in the destination address to where you want your items to go...its that simple. You could also use a gift certificate as well.
We ship Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking and guaranteed delivery dates. If you would like your order to be sent for a faster delivery, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us for further information .
All US destination parcels are sent by 'Small packet-Air'. There is no tracking number. Please allow at least 2 weeks (10 business days) for delivery. If you prefer faster delivery, please contact me at mylilpackage@eastlink.ca
Shipping to remote and Northern areas of Canada, (Please refer to Table 2 ) including but not limited to communities with postal codes beginning with A0K, A0P, G0G, P0L, P0T, P0V, R0B, S0J, T0H, T0P, T7Z, V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, V0T, V0V, XOA, X0B, X0C, X0E, Y0B, Nunavut, parts of Labrador, and Northwest Territories, will have additional shipping billed separately. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Your order will be held until receipt of payment for additional shipping charges.
Back-order Items: Please note that the delivery date indicated is an estimated shipping date and that we can't control the dates given to us by the manufacturers.
Please note: If delivery of a package is refused or returned for delivery failure, My Lil Package Baby Boutique reserves the right to charge the customer for all subsequent shipping charges incurred.
Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed. Shipping is charged based on a flat fee per order.

**Please note that some of our items will have additonal shipping charges added because of their weight and size. (if the package is over 1000 g). It will then ship Expedited US Mail. You will be contacted before hand to confirm extra shipping costs.

Duties and Custom Fees
US orders may be subject to duties and/or customs fees. My Lil Package Baby Boutique is not responsible for any such charges or possible delays caused by customs clearance. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Product Availability
While we strive to maintain an accurate inventory count, errors can and sometimes do occur. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. At that time you will be given the option of cancelling or modifying your order, or accepting delivery when the item comes back in stock (if applicable).
Tracking your Package
When we ship your package (within Canada), you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number you can follow to track the status of your package.
Returns/Exchanges
At My Lil Package Baby Boutique, we are confident that the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations.
- If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return most unused, unwashed, non-sale items (exceptions listed below) in their original condition with tags attached within 14 days for a full refund, less the shipping costs, or exchange. After 14 days, and up to 30 days, we will gladly issue an exchange. We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of purchase...ALL SALE items ARE FINAL SALE. All orders requiring a return or exchange require prior approval by My Lil Package Baby Boutique. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval. Product must be in original packaging and be in re-sellable condition. Any items returned that are not in their original, unopened packing, and are not in re-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense. Returns are done at your expense and we advise you to take insurance on your package as we will not be held responsible if your package gets lost.
- Returns must include a copy of the original purchase receipt or packing slip (online only). There will be no refunds on any product without a valid receipt.
Exceptions to the general return policy:
- All purchases of items on-sale and/or discounted are final.
- All clearance items. Clearance items are any items sold at a discount of greater or equal to 40% off. (this includes sales with discount codes)
- We cannot accept returns on special order items.
- We cannot accept returns on pre-order items. Items that are considered pre-order will clearly be noted on their product page. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund. We will accept cancellations on pre-order items but for store credits only that can be used on future purchases.
- Undergarments, baby bottles and other products where hygiene concerns apply are final sale.
- Gift certificates are final sale.
The following items are also Final Sale:
- Cloth Diapers & Diaper Pants etc.
- Mother & Baby Cosmetics (creams, shampoos etc.).
- Special orders.
We require the following information to process an exchange/return:
- Order Number
- Customer's Name
- Customer's Mailing Address
- Item number and description of product(s) for return or exchange
- Reason for return or exchange
Upon receipt of the above information, we will provide you with our shipping address and an exchange/return authorization number. Items must be received by My Lil Package Baby Boutique within 10 days of receiving an exchange/return authorization number. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return or exchange.Please note:
- Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment.
- Gift returns (without a receipt) will be issued an exchange or store credit.
- Credit amount for any return or exchange will be for the price of the product(s) less any applicable shipping charges Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your return.
Items purchased as gifts will only be eligible for in-store credit.
PRODUCT DEFECT In the unlikely event your product has a defect, this will generally be handled directly by the manufacturer. If you require assistance with handling a defect in your order, please contact us for further instructions. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to the manufacturer.
All products are inspected prior to shipping! All shipping charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
